WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

 

Our leather products come with 5 years warranty, while zippers, stitches and fittings comes with 2 years warranty from the date of purchase.

 

This warranty covers only manufacturing and material defects for any issues that arise from normal use. Here’s a quick breakdown to show you what this exactly means for you.

 

❌  What we don’t cover

• Scratches occurred due to mishandling.
• Zipper malfunction due to over packing/overload.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, exposure to water, normal wear and tear, transportation incidents, or purely cosmetic damages.
• Damages due to natural causes such as flood, fire, earthquake or other perils.
• Any repairs made by a person not authorized by SCRUMBLER to perform. 
• Colour peeling and fading over time

 

Please make sure you keep your proof of purchase safe and sound! You’ll need it to avail your warranty. 

If your item happens to need some fixing beyond its specified warranty period, you would have to bear the cost of the spare parts.
