What are the Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds?
We attempt to deliver the best and hope to create a satisfactory and unique experience. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we ensure exchange to make sure you are served with the quality you trusted us with. We gladly accept returns, exchanges, or replacements of only unused product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:
- Correct and complete product (with the original tags, dust bags, freebies, accessories and packaging boxes intact.
- The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes
When will I receive the refund of my return?
- The refund process usually takes 7 -10 days.
- Once your return request is approved, we shall arrange a return pick up which takes upto 48 hours.
- Once the item is picked up, it takes 3-5 days to reach our warehouse, post which we conduct quality check which takes up to 48 hours.
- Once the quality check is successful your refund will be credited in your source account
What do I do if I am not fully satisfied with my purchase?
Every product is crafted with care, but if you're not completely satisfied with the color or style of your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange to ensure you receive a product that perfectly suits your preferences. We gladly accept exchanges, or replacements of only unused product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
